Shipping policy

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping provider. After payment is verified, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.  We are not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Lavishboutiquebr.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  In the event that this happens, please contact USPS to file a claim.
