Returns

Lavish Boutique is committed to providing our customers with quality items and excellent customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, include your original packing slip and send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy. 

• TO INITIATE A RETURN NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL
• Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
• Item(s) must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odor or wear.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, white items, leggings and accessories are non-refundable.
• Sale items and discounted items are final sales!
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers will be responsible for paying shipping fee to return items.

 

Refunds

 NO REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item(s). If you are approved, your return will be processed, and a store credit (less shipping fee) will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We cannot ensure we will have the new size/color you desire in stock when we receive your returned item(s). Therefore, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
